You can't see the video? Anyone else not see the video?

I see the video and it's awesome.

I do find it funny (in a good way) that you would like this being Canadian. That's some real down home southern music. Felt like I was at a family reunion.

My respect for your taste has grown.lol

Is she an elf?

The video is blank at first for me, but when I click on the black rectangle, it works.

I like that old-style bluegrass - sort of a Depression era sound, bluegrass spiritual, but with a modern flavour, too. I usually can't make it all the way to modern country songs, but certain kinds of folk, bluegrass, Americana, etc., are pretty damn good.

And this girl is just awesome.

Nice video, good strong voice. Loved the strings. A Tom Waits song is always nice to hear. (good lyrics)

We Canadians have a broad cultural experience - we just like good music.

As for southern music, there are many different species, I prefer the music of the Allman Brothers Band, which crosses boundaries.

Two others to watch are Derek Trucks - super slide guitarist, & Susan Tedeschi, great blues singer, young musicians like this are rewriting southern music.

Thanks Bryan, for these musical interludes.

Did not expect that voice from her. I love it when the violin is played pizzicato, always was my favorite way to play it when I was being forced to take lessons. I would have rather played the guitar.
